Laptop performance is good for what I got it for. My kids do school and play Roblox on it. The 1 star is for battery life. I just over an hour it's down to under 10%. Not cool. I contacted support and according to the specs, it should last around 5 hrs and that's while gaming. Maybe I got a bad one but that's on quality control.

I didn’t get to use the computer enough to comment on its speed or performance, because when I received it the keyboard backlit feature did not work and the speakers did not have much volume coming from them. Certainly not “stereo sound” as advertised. I did call tech support and the computer would not do the functions needed to try to address the issues so I was advised to return the product, which honestly I preferred to do. I feel like a brand new computer should work properly.
