5.0 out of 5 stars Best laptop I've had under 500 bucks
By Tia
It arrived in great condition! I got this laptop when it was on sale for 450. Everything works, the specs are actually legit and the battery life is fine when unplugged. The adaptor is long. You can definitely play a few AAA games with modified settings. It was really easy to set up and it's fast! I recommend this to anyone looking for a budget low-mid tier gaming laptop or someone who frequently edits videosThe benefits of getting an unbranded laptop is that you get more perks for less. Name brands often bloat prices for maximum profit under the guise of good tech support. For me personally, I'm surrounded by a lot of tech savvy people for troubleshoots. When I do need repairs, I prefer going to my local tech repair shops :)TL;DR this is a great laptop if you don't mind the fact it's unbranded

5.0 out of 5 stars great performance
By Keith Y
so happy with this purchase. everything works great and smoothly. it is lightweight and good size. battery is great. this laptop would be better for daily users. for school or work or browsing and maybe light gaming. RX Vega 7 is enough to meet the needs. Vega 7 is already a very good choice for integrated graphics cards. It is worth mentioning that the wifi signal is particularly good. In the farthest room, some of my other devices cannot connect to the wifi. But it has no such problem at all.

great laptop for the price. The 16GB RAM and 512GB ssd provide smooth performance and the 180° hinge is a nice touch. Windows 11 runs well, and the sleek Silver Gray design looks premium. Highly recommend!

5.0 out of 5 stars Rocky setup, but end result was worth it

The media could not be loaded. When I first booted this laptop up, it presented me with a "defaultuser0" account that I didn't know the password to. I completely wiped this laptop's SSD and reinstalled Windows to play it safe, and after that it worked like a charm with regular setup. I did have to find drivers online for the touchpad afterward though.Getting at the SSD to do all of this was thankfully pretty easy, since the bottom panel was removable with a few tiny screws. I noticed that there is only a single slot for RAM in there, but it isn't soldered on so I was able to upgrade it with a 16 gig stick at least. The N97 is no gaming powerhouse but it plays some older titles still, and the laptop works great for work like emails and browsing the internet.
