5.0 out of 5 stars Super smooth, super cool — even my coffee got jealous!
By Keystone
This laptop is way better than I expected for the price. The AMD Ryzen 7 runs everything smoothly, from work tasks to light gaming (and yes, even those 20+ Chrome tabs I refuse to close). The screen is bright and clear, the keyboard feels great, and the build quality is surprisingly solid for something under $500.Startup is lightning fast thanks to the SSD, and it stays cool even when I’m multitasking like a maniac. I bought it for casual use, but now I’m seriously considering ditching my old desktop.Bonus points: my coffee used to be the center of my morning routine. Now this laptop is.

1.0 out of 5 stars PLEASE READ AND AVOID THIS LAPTOP!!!
By Julio
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY!I don't fully understand what's wrong with this laptop, but it appears to be faulty during login attempts. I tried troubleshooting it by going through safety mode, but it still gives me problems when I try to log in. I even looked up on YouTube on how to recharge the PIN pass, and still, there is no way to log back in. I've been using this laptop for at least four months, and I haven't had any problems until now. However, it seems there's an issue with PIN logins that you should avoid using this laptop entirely.

great laptop for the price. The 16GB RAM and 512GB ssd provide smooth performance and the 180° hinge is a nice touch. Windows 11 runs well, and the sleek Silver Gray design looks premium. Highly recommend!

5.0 out of 5 stars Rocky setup, but end result was worth it

The media could not be loaded. When I first booted this laptop up, it presented me with a "defaultuser0" account that I didn't know the password to. I completely wiped this laptop's SSD and reinstalled Windows to play it safe, and after that it worked like a charm with regular setup. I did have to find drivers online for the touchpad afterward though.Getting at the SSD to do all of this was thankfully pretty easy, since the bottom panel was removable with a few tiny screws. I noticed that there is only a single slot for RAM in there, but it isn't soldered on so I was able to upgrade it with a 16 gig stick at least. The N97 is no gaming powerhouse but it plays some older titles still, and the laptop works great for work like emails and browsing the internet.
