I’m honestly really happy with this AX18 laptop. It runs super smooth and fast — the N150 processor and 16GB of RAM handle everything I need without any lag. I can browse, stream, and work all at once with no issues. The 18-inch screen is a real highlight — it’s bright, clear, and gives you plenty of space to multitask or enjoy movies. The “Starry Grey” color gives it a clean, modern look. The keyboard feels great to type and clear response when pressing. Even with such a large screen, it’s surprisingly lightweight and easy to carry around for school or work. I didn’t expect this level of performance and display quality at this price, but it really surprised me in a good way. If you’re looking for a reliable everyday laptop with a big, beautiful display, could give it a try.

Buyer beware: I had trouble from the moment it arrived in a slim box and no shipping protection. Probably why there's a dent in the packaging AND red lines up and down the screen. 2 day I have used this and it statred having network driver issues. Just trying go some online data save and the network hust disappeared again and again. I should have searched for reviews before purchasing but the issues with returning it are too great. Why does Amazon let sellers like this stay on the platform?

The media could not be loaded. When I first booted this laptop up, it presented me with a "defaultuser0" account that I didn't know the password to. I completely wiped this laptop's SSD and reinstalled Windows to play it safe, and after that it worked like a charm with regular setup. I did have to find drivers online for the touchpad afterward though.Getting at the SSD to do all of this was thankfully pretty easy, since the bottom panel was removable with a few tiny screws. I noticed that there is only a single slot for RAM in there, but it isn't soldered on so I was able to upgrade it with a 16 gig stick at least. The N97 is no gaming powerhouse but it plays some older titles still, and the laptop works great for work like emails and browsing the internet.
