5.0 out of 5 stars Highly recommended
By Qin Dong
I’ve been using this touchscreen laptop for a while now, and honestly, it’s surprised me in the best way. The screen is super responsive—taps and swipes feel really smooth, and switching between touch and typing has made getting work done a lot easier. The display is bright and clear, so it works great for both school stuff and watching shows. The build feels sturdy, the performance is quick, and the battery easily lasts me through a full day. I also really appreciate the little things, like the backlit keyboard and fingerprint reader, which just make it more convenient to use. Overall, the Jumper 16-inch convertible laptop has been a great mix of power, portability, and a really clean touch experience. Definitely recommend it!

1.0 out of 5 stars Constant Problems, Especially With Windows Updates
By Mikey's Reviews
I really wanted this Jumper 16‑inch Convertible laptop to work out, but it’s been nothing but frustration. Even basic tasks feel sluggish, and the build quality doesn’t match what’s shown in the listing. The biggest issue—and the reason I’m returning it—is that it cannot run Windows updates properly. Every update attempt fails, freezes, or gets stuck in a loop. A Windows laptop that can’t update is basically unusable, and it becomes less secure and less stable over time. This isn’t a one‑time glitch; it happens consistently, also multitasking causes noticeable lag. For the price, I expected at least reliable performance, but this device just doesn’t deliver. If you need a dependable laptop for school, work, or everyday use, I’d strongly recommend choosing something else. This one caused more headaches than it solved.

great laptop for the price. The 16GB RAM and 512GB ssd provide smooth performance and the 180° hinge is a nice touch. Windows 11 runs well, and the sleek Silver Gray design looks premium. Highly recommend!

5.0 out of 5 stars Rocky setup, but end result was worth it

The media could not be loaded. When I first booted this laptop up, it presented me with a "defaultuser0" account that I didn't know the password to. I completely wiped this laptop's SSD and reinstalled Windows to play it safe, and after that it worked like a charm with regular setup. I did have to find drivers online for the touchpad afterward though.Getting at the SSD to do all of this was thankfully pretty easy, since the bottom panel was removable with a few tiny screws. I noticed that there is only a single slot for RAM in there, but it isn't soldered on so I was able to upgrade it with a 16 gig stick at least. The N97 is no gaming powerhouse but it plays some older titles still, and the laptop works great for work like emails and browsing the internet.
