Laptop initially arrived without a valid Windows Product Key. After lots of Google searching and reaching out to Customer Service for Issaquah Highlands Tech, I finally got in touch with them via messaging through Amazon. Their phone number listed was answered by someone that indicated I had the wrong number. After several days and message exchanges, I was finally provided a working Windows Product Key. So far, the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 13 is working as expected.
