This item was described as having 3 year warranty by IST computers on RAM, and 1 year warranty on rest of computer by HP. When I received computer Warranty shows to expire in 3 months. I contacted HP and they will not honor warranty because IST modified computer. I called IST during business hours and got a recording to leave a message, but mailbox was full. I am still trying to contact IST. Be careful buying a computer from Amazon. HP will not honor warranty since laptop was modified. Have not heard from IST. Update...I sent information to Rachel at IST who assured me she would get the HP warranty extended and it would take around 4 business days, that was on August 1. I checked HP warranty today and it has not been extended. Just checked my HP warranty again this afternoon and the end of warranty date has been corrected. Thank you Rachel. Laptop performs great. IST corrected my concerns.

So far this computer functions great! It is fast and has a lot of storage. It does not have a disc drive or memory card slots but that’s ok I ordered external ones. I didn’t think to check the description to see if they were a feature before I bought it but I don’t regret getting it. The battery also lasts much longer than I’m used to so that’s a huge plus.
