Things I like: The physical quality is awesome. It is sturdy and made with durable materials. It does not have a cheap plastic exterior. This makes it slightly heavier than I would like, but the trade-off is worth it. The operations speed is noticeable. My previous laptop was 3 years old and other than my cracking the screen worked great. That being said, there is a noticeable difference in the speed at which this one operates. The size is perfect. Things I don't like. If you are a person who is used to your computers being yours and taking on your personality and way of doing things, this laptop is not for you. Unless you have enough knowledge to kick Microsoft's butt out as much as possible. I asked if any Microsoft Office products were installed before I purchased this laptop. I was told no there was not. This was not true, as a trial version was installed. Office 365 is intrusive, expensive, and not the Office program that Microsoft became known for. This meant hours of work with my knowledge and some AI help rooting it out of the laptop. Worse, One Drive is front and center, to the point of local storage while being available is hidden. By that, I mean your local folders don't show up in Quick Access and storage defaults to One Drive. That took hours of rooting out all the policies that continued to reinstall One Drive each time I thought I had removed it. Microsoft has gone so far as to not recognize external networked storage devices like external hard drives as well. This took another few hours setting up the policies for that to happen. It roughly took me a few days to deal with each issue as they popped up. At this point I think I am OK, but I am a bit worried about the next update and what will happen. You cannot install older Microsoft programs on this machine. If you purchased the office years ago or have a volume license from your employer you are out of luck. I had to purchase Office 2021 which did install. I suggest you ask ChatGPT to find you the cheapest option. All I will say about that is you will be surprised. The signal is continually lost and when it is lost it does not see my network and I have to restart.

Does its job for the price point. Note it does get a bit hot on low loads.
