14" Laptop, Intel Dual-Core CPU, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Soft White Finish, HD Display, Windows 11, Microsoft 365 Web Apps with 1TB OneDrive

My two-year-old Acer monitor died, and I could not access my desktop. Unfortunately, that is an Acer too and I'm sorry that I purchased it. But so far, the tower is holding up. I had an older model Acer laptop that was not used much but dated. I had to have a back-up for my pc for moments like I described and purchased this laptop. So, far, it is wonderful. No problems setting it up and I purposely purchased it with Microsoft 365 and Copilot which I have on my pc. It's sleek, elegant, easy to set up and the only thing I had to work on was the date and time. Somehow, (had to be God) I got it corrected to the right date and time. In addition to the beauty of the laptop, what I also like is the keyboard is a nice size and the keys are pretty big. HP is a solid brand name with a pretty good rep. We'll see how she holds up as time progresses because she's very new - just received it yesterday, 11-29-25. Will keep you posted.

I ordered this computer and it had an issue. The maker honored it's pledged to replace, and a new one was shipped out the next day. It works perfect for what I need.
