I thought it was a good deal until I began to load all the software I use. After one of it's reboots Windows would not load. I called HP support and learned that they would not support it because it had been upgraded by the reseller. That extra ram was added by the reseller which voids the warranty. The person at HP told me to return the laptop and go to Walmart or Best Buy.
