Overall a solid laptop for business. The large keyboard and side number keypad make it extremely functional. The large capacity hard drive ensures we have plenty of storage. The high speed processor and RAM saves us time on our work ensuring quick response speed with applications and online. One downside for us was the USB's are not compatible for Monitors and additional screens. It is high speed but lacks the power feature needed. The price is excellent for this entire package making in an easy purchase for us.

So far, this laptop has been great and has responded very well to everything that I'm doing. It is handling all of my web applications well and processing everything that I have both off and online sufficiently. My only drawback is that I was unaware that the USB-C port was for data transfer as well and has prevented me from plugging in a docking station. I now have to procure a universal docking station as opposed to using the one that I had on hand.

The media could not be loaded. When I first booted this laptop up, it presented me with a "defaultuser0" account that I didn't know the password to. I completely wiped this laptop's SSD and reinstalled Windows to play it safe, and after that it worked like a charm with regular setup. I did have to find drivers online for the touchpad afterward though.Getting at the SSD to do all of this was thankfully pretty easy, since the bottom panel was removable with a few tiny screws. I noticed that there is only a single slot for RAM in there, but it isn't soldered on so I was able to upgrade it with a 16 gig stick at least. The N97 is no gaming powerhouse but it plays some older titles still, and the laptop works great for work like emails and browsing the internet.
