I so enjoyed my HP 17 " quad with Win 7 I used before this purchase. It was not recommended to use Win 10 after Win 7 was discontinued, so I got this. It is lovely, clear, fast, has promising capabilities--even made it easy to bring my McAffee protection and home wifi use over. I had to work at disabling things I DON'T WANT and adding a idle time game like Solitaire (As I get good I'll get a better version than these pitiful versions). What do I really hate? I MUST USE pin login and Microsoft based stuff too much. Pissed that I cannot log out of Outlook without going to Task Control. I don't like leaving my email logged in. No I don't want to use Da Cloud. And turn off the darn camera and audio (my next thing to do). I love the computer but HATE Win 10. Maybe it will take time to warm up to. Meantime. I now have to spend time letting banks and such know this is my device to use online with them. It is only a limited use unit until I force myself to put my older laptops away. Otherwise, as long as HP hasn't let some (I'll say "foreign) interlopers to install anything I won't like to hack/access, I live with it. Otherwise...it's lovely. I'll update as I advance. Package and presentation are excellent. Next: Try the DVD burner.

I thought the computer has good quality, but it was no like that, to be honest I understand i lost my money
