Don’t buy. Computer is very slow. It keep freezing on me too and I only had 1 word doc and browser open.. After one use (a few hours of trying) I was frustrated and decided to return. I tried to check the return policy and they did not give me a complete answer when inquiring about what the restock fee is, just that it was up to their discretion. But I wasnt worried since it was in perfect condition since i barely used it. AFTER the return was accepted and received by them they then message me what the refund would be and that they issued a deduction for the 20% restock fee. I could have sold the laptop myself and got my money back instead. Unless you don’t mind a slow process, don’t waste your time, especially knowing if you want to return you will be charged 20% just for opening it.

works great, only reason its a 4 stars is it took forever to update, and its very laggy until you turn off the s mode (which you cannot turn back on after turning off)
