I got this laptop for a gift for my mother in law and we were so excited when it came in. Everything seemed to work fine until we realized the charge wasn’t holding on it at all. I tried to contact customer support and they gave me a very basic answer to my issue and told me to send it back in to possibly get a new one whenever they had stock which they had not ETA on. They also had no replacement batteries so I had to jump through a ton of hoops just to get a little of my money back to buy a new battery. The rest of the laptop works great it’s not the fastest laptop I’ve ever used but it’s good for basic work. The only issue I have is with the battery because what’s the point of having a laptop if you need to keep it plugged in you’re supposed to be able to bring it wherever you want to.

When I purchased this laptop, I was expecting to get a laptop that was not in great condition, but to my surprise it was great, it’s fast, I have had no issues with it so far, I have recommended it to my friends and coworkers, the only minor issue was the charger plug it looked like it had Been bent or something, but it has worked good,
