Updated 2025: The computer started acting up about 6 months into it on the WiFi. Sometimes it worked and other times I had to restore from a prior restore point. I called HP and after about 4 of their upgrades they reviewed it, they finally told me the computer had unauthorized changes which void the warranty. I informed Amazon and they gave me a refund as the seller did not respond. Now six month later, it is very slow to load and the WiFi will not turn own no matter what I do. What a waste.We do not need a laptop for anything fancy. It is super fast, easy to use and great overall. The internet is super fast and almost instant in changing web pages/pictures. The problems I have is that you have to register with Microsoft to get into the computer before using. Why? One other thing is that be aware of the VPN you using might limit access to internet. One final complaint is that we can't cover the WebCam. Why manufacturers do not include a manual cover is beyond me. Overall, it is a great system.

I have not owned a windows computer in 15 years! I really like this computer. It is user friendly and convenient to navigate. I really like this computer.
