3.0 out of 5 stars "Lifetime Microsoft License"
By Ange
The laptop itself is great no complaints with the actual product. Buyer beware, do some research on a "Lifetime Microsoft Office”, I wish I would've...Microsoft does not sell lifetime licenses bundled this way, especially with instructions to use Microsoft 365.Microsoft 365 is a subscription product, not lifetime. They provided you with a login + passwordMicrosoft never gives you a pre-created account. This usually means:A shared/stolen corporate licenseA hacked accountA license that will eventually be revokedInstructions telling you what NOT to click“Do not click ‘Get Microsoft 365’” is a classic sign of a workaround to bypass proper licensing.Attachment instead of official redemptionLegit Office licenses come as:A product keyOr redemption directly through Microsoft.comNot through a random seller attachment named details.jpg.Seller messaging outside of MicrosoftThird-party sellers cannot legally create Microsoft accounts for customers.

5.0 out of 5 stars I love this laptop.
By Jacob
This is an outstanding laptop. You can even see the configuration label after opening the back cover. Although the warranty expired around July, and I didn't receive it until September 13th, the flaws still outweigh the merits.

great laptop for the price. The 16GB RAM and 512GB ssd provide smooth performance and the 180° hinge is a nice touch. Windows 11 runs well, and the sleek Silver Gray design looks premium. Highly recommend!

5.0 out of 5 stars Rocky setup, but end result was worth it

The media could not be loaded. When I first booted this laptop up, it presented me with a "defaultuser0" account that I didn't know the password to. I completely wiped this laptop's SSD and reinstalled Windows to play it safe, and after that it worked like a charm with regular setup. I did have to find drivers online for the touchpad afterward though.Getting at the SSD to do all of this was thankfully pretty easy, since the bottom panel was removable with a few tiny screws. I noticed that there is only a single slot for RAM in there, but it isn't soldered on so I was able to upgrade it with a 16 gig stick at least. The N97 is no gaming powerhouse but it plays some older titles still, and the laptop works great for work like emails and browsing the internet.
