The laptop itself was a good product and came with everything that was advertised. It looked great in the rose‑gold color, ran smoothly, and had plenty of storage for everyday use. It's not touch screen..Unfortunately, I had to return it because the keyboard wasn’t backlit, which made it hard for me to work comfortably.The return process was simple, and the customer service team was excellent ..very helpful and easy to work with. Even though the laptop didn’t end up being the right fit for me, the overall experience with the seller was great.
