Good quality, beautiful design, setup was easy, work perfectly, not delayed on the speed, running fast without problem. Comes with accessories, it is not touchable, but for me it is ok. Worth the money. Recommended

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I am still getting use to this laptop. I was using an HP laptop about 5 years old. I love my old HP so this is why I chose this one.Laptop quality:I like the larger screen. The mouse that comes with it is a piece of junk. It works when it wants to work. I just ordered an HP mouse. I'm not good at just using the laptop mouse pad. I haven't tried the ear buds yet. Hopefully they work. I haven't tried to use the external hard drive, so once again, I don't know if it works.Functionality:I find the speed of loading and downloading is fast. I don't have many apps on it yet so I don't know what it will do in a year or so. I have only had this laptop going on 2 months so I am still trying to learn about it and what I can do. I don't like the keyboard as well as my old HP. I liked the raised letters and numbers better on my old one.Battery life:The battery life is short. I am charging the laptop a lot more often than my 5 year old HP.
