I was skeptical about quality and the price. I asked Grok; I was told that, with the Lifetime Microsoft package, along with the other features, this was a very good buy. One reviewer said there wasn't a Lifetime Microsoft package; I contacted the seller and was assured there was. I wasn't too excited about upgrading to Windows 11 -- I had heard some pretty negative reviews. However, since I took this computer out of the box, I've been extremely happy with it. There are a couple cons: it doesn't have a disk drive (I've been since informed that disks are a thing of the past), and it only has two USB ports. However, it does come with an extension (that uses one port) that has 2 USBs, a C, 2 different sized micro card slots, and an HDMI port! I don't move my laptop much, so that won't be too big of a problem for me. Oh! Along with the massive storage space on it, it also came with an external hard drive! I also found a setting to deactivate that annoying mouse window! Windows 11 is different than Windows 10, for sure, but so far, there are some very handy shortcuts I've found that will be nice to use (if I can remember them). I was in on the first computers out there (showing my age); talk about a HUGE leap since then! It's a learning curve, but so far, I haven't felt like throwing it out the window! I'm actually loving it -- it may have something to do with its speed, quick internet connection, and very fast response opening different windows. But, this computer is running circles around my old one. I am very happy I found this bargain and would do it again in a heartbeat!!
