The laptop came with all the accessories listed, and even included Microsoft, which made it an excellent deal. It's a great find for school or everyday tasks. The color resolution isn’t the best, but it’s still usable and doesn't affect general use. The touchscreen works well, which is a nice bonus. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase for the pice

So far this is just what I needed. I'm not a gamer. I just want something to use to pay bills, make travel plans, surf the net, and look up random stuff. I don't need a backlit keyboard or a huge amount of storage. It's very fast. Comes with external storage and a mouse. I like my own mouse, so will probably not use the included one, but it is a decent wireless one. It also comes with the use of lifetime Microsoft Office, which I love. I got all I could out of my Office 2003 for the past 20+ years. Time for an upgrade. Lol One thing that's kinda meh - the colors aren't super vibrant. Not bad at all, but not what you'd expect if you were spending a lot of money. Again, my needs are pretty minimal.So far I'm totally satisfied with this item, especially costing under $500. It's just what I needed.
