This is the worst laptop I’ve ever used. I haven’t downloaded any apps or saved any files, yet it takes at least four minutes to open even basic applications. It’s incredibly slow and frustrating to use. While it wasn’t expensive, every penny matters — and I feel like I wasted my money on something that doesn’t even function properly.

Update 2: received the missing mouse. Love the computer so updating to 5update: seller responded quickly and helped me resolve my issue quickly. My fault I didn’t realize that Publisher is not part of the Microsoft Office Professional 2024 suite. They are also sending me the wireless mouse that I did not receive. So far, the laptop is great, light, great color, I bought the green, fast and very quiet.So up grading my review to 4 stars.This review might change but so far I’m giving 1 star. The computer itself seems great. However I bought this particular laptop because it was advertised to have a lifetime license for Microsoft Office Professional 2024 plus included. I didn’t want a subscription. I didn’t want an added monthly expense. Welp, it has Word, Excel, PowerPoint, no publisher which is the program I use frequently. I did decline the 365 subscription at startup as I saw others suggested. Point being, it’s not a lifetime license and it’s not Office Professional. I also did not receive the wireless mouse as advertised.I’ve emailed the seller and if they come through and provide the advertised items, I’ll update my review.
