“I recently purchased this computer and was extremely disappointed with both the product and the return process. The device is poorly made with very cheap materials, and the system would not even allow me to install a basic application.What is most concerning is that it was never disclosed before purchase that a partial refund policy would apply. When I returned the product—only a few days after receiving it—I was charged a percentage of the cost without prior notice. To make matters worse, the refund process took almost a full month to complete.I returned the computer in the exact same condition in which it was received. Nothing was missing, and I did not use the promotional gift that came with it. Despite this, I was unfairly penalized.This lack of transparency and poor service are unacceptable. Amazon should not allow sellers with such practices to continue on the platform, as it undermines customer trust and damages the company’s reputation. I cannot recommend this product under any circumstances.”
