You may not be getting what you think you paid for. My friend and I both purchased this product. He unboxed his and found that the Office was not lifetime as advertised and the Windows 11 Pro was an S version. Nexuswave customer service couldn't get the software working and gave him a hard time when he began a return. He finally had to go to Amazon to intercede. When my laptop arrived, I checked the contents listed on the box (see photos.) Windows S and Office subscription. Not what I paid for. When I began the return process, the seller contacted me, trying to persuade me to open the box and boot the computer claiming the manufacturer's labeling was wrong, but I had heard that song before. (Does anyone think that HP is going to hide the fact that 11pro and Office Lifetime were loaded and list inferior software?) Even though I clearly didn't get what I paid for, didn't open the box, and returned it within the seller's window, Nexuswave still tried to sucker me for a "restocking fee." Amazon finally got me a full refund.

Arrived a day after I purchase this computer with the accesories, wrapped pretty nicely and secured. Love this loptop appearance and color. It was quiet slow at first because of my wifi signal but after I downloaded some apps from Microsoft Store, everything fast and soft to navigate and I love Copilot I can ask anything using my voice and answers very quick. Love my computer thank you so much. The man who delivered was friendly too.
