5.0 out of 5 stars There is a learning curve.... so7nd gone after 3 years
By Mountain Mom
Oct 2025... sound stopped working...took to a computer repair store... problem with the mother board... only 3 years old... I don't use it daily...or weekly. Happened when updatedI was ready to return this day 2...but figured I could try to figure it out for a week and return. Set up is.. easy...but if you have questions how how to do stuff they want to sell you tech support. My laptop is for personal use...not business.. I do not need tech support. I just need a person off and on to point out differences from my previous Lenovo. I have techy friends... but being able to call tech support by a company a couple of times usually handles things. After hrs trying to get basic help I was ready to return this... But... after about 10 days I figured out my issues.... something a good tech support could have done in one day.. sooo annoying that everything is going self serve with a cafeteria menu.. Now I'm ok.

5.0 out of 5 stars 2tb M.2 64gb Gskill Ram.. letgit Portable Power House
By Brad
I have 64GB of RAM and a 2TB drive, which I added after I got this. When you go to play games, it shows 32GB of VRAM. I can play any Halo game at full settings at 60fps with little to no drop, other than in extreme wide open battles, and then it's usually no more than 56fps for a second. I can play Resident Evil 4 Remake at 17-30fps, depending on what settings I use. Crysis 3 Remastered plays around 30fps. Regardless of what I've thrown at it, I've been able to find a way to get it to a reasonable 20-30fps. This is on a CPU/GPU combo with a 15W default power supply and a 19W max that I've seen from HWMonitor. I got this because of the 64GB of RAM and it splitting between system and VRAM, but I didn't know about the watts limit. I would offer this more for conversions of music, video heavy graphic editing, but it's not meant to be a gaming machine as I thought. It's more than you will need for almost anything else. Once you upgrade it properly to at least 16GB and 1TB, it will be a great machine for those tasks. Also, Windows 11 will be implementing APK support, or already has in some ways, which means you can use this as a tablet as it will work with Android apps. This machine has so many potential uses, and it's really awesome.

5.0 out of 5 stars Powerful and Reliable!!

I recently bought the ACEMAGIC RX16 laptop and I’ve been really happy with it so far. It’s fast, super responsive, and handles everything I throw at it browsing, work tasks, and even gaming with no lag. As a gamer, I was surprised by how well it runs games, especially for a laptop with integrated graphics. The 16" screen is clear and vibrant, and the high refresh rate makes gameplay feel smooth. I also work in cybersecurity, and this laptop handles my tools, VMs, and scripts without any slowdown. The dual-fan cooling system does a great job keeping things cool during heavy use, and the backlit keyboard is a nice bonus for working at night. Overall, it's a solid choice for both performance and value, and I’d definitely recommend it for students, gamers, or professionals alike

5.0 out of 5 stars AMAZING ! ! !

So, in the past I have bought computers based more on price than features. I ended up with units that were 2 or more generations old before I opened the box. This time I bought based on specs first and price second. WOW !Incredibly fast to both retrieve and process data. (I don't do on-line games . . .) Wire sharp, photographic quality display. Lighted keys. O.k., it's missing a fingerprint reader. Boo Hoo ! Great specs, great speed and a pretty good price. What's not to like?
