Without going into all the minute details and specifications (that are all outstanding for the money BTW) I'll just suffice it to say that this product far exceeded my expectations. The value received for the money spent is way ahead of the power curve! The display, fit and finish, and the extra goodies that come with it are truly outstanding. There are some pretty classy Bluetooth earbuds, a 3 port USB hub, and a 500GB Solid State portable USB Drive! I knew about the drive, I guess I missed the other extras in the product description. This is the first touch-screen laptop I've ever had and it's pretty cool! They were even thoughtful enough to throw in a screen-cleaning cloth to keep the peanut-butter fingerprints wiped off. It has a ginormous 2 TB Solid State drive that is pretty doggone quick! They included the final testing sheet where all their techs signed off on the bench tests - pretty impressive overall. Everything works as advertised but you really can't do it justice until you see the "dazzling" display is the only way I know how to describe it. Great job - and you could buy one of these for just about every member of your family and spend less than what one of those overpriced Piece of Fruit computers would cost you. These would be great for a small business. Nothing else you need!

Been having issues straight out the box, the sound would just quit working then I'd have to reset the laptop. Or I could be watching a movie and the laptop would randomly shut down. Anything else it works fine.
