This is a very good product, however the seller does not advertise truthfully. This is advertised as having a touchscreen, but mine did not. This was advertised as having Windows 11 Pro, but it had Windows 10. Of course I know I can download Windows 11 for free, but that is not the point. The point is that this company does not truthfully or accurately describe its products.

a great business laptop

Got this laptop a couple of weeks ago. Liked its size, light weight, USB A/C and HDMI ports, and it's easy to set up and use. Battery is also long lasting. So far, my experience has been great. Be mindful though that this model does not have a SIM card slot, which does not bother me.
