First laptop bricked on me after the initial setup. Seller was VERY prompt with a friendly response, agreeing to an immediate exchange. 2nd unit was promptly shipped. Everything went fine with the 2nd unit. Unfortunately, I came to find out that it does NOT support dual monitors (meaning 2 external monitors, not including the laptop screen). It *will* support an external monitor connected via HDMI. Unfortunately, I required the ability to use 2 external monitors. Seller was exceptionally understanding of this and will be updating their description to include these details. Without hesitation, the seller agreed to a full return. Would buy from this seller again! Thus the 5-STAR rating.
