No complaints here. The laptop was much better than I expected. Very fast load and shutdown times. Video quality was much better than I expected. Installation was flawless and went very smoothly. The 32gb of memory was definitely a plus in boosting performance. Very pleased with purchase. It's a keeper.Just a side note. I run my flight simulator on this laptop which is very demanding and it runs just fine with a very high frame rate. FPS aprox 250 which is more than enough for a very smooth visual display, no hesitations. I also run some very high powered music software with no problems.

The media could not be loaded. So I ordered this computer from a different seller over a week ago and it still hasn't gotten here yet when it was supposed to arrive 6 days ago. I purchased it again from this seller and posting on Tuesday and it came the next day in less than 24 hours. I don't know about anyone else but I don't want to purchase a computer for over $500 and have it sitting on a truck in the cold getting beat up by other boxes for over a week. As far as the computer goes, for the price it is a great value considering the size of the hard drive and the ram are at least double for other computers you will find around the same price and the processor is a 6 core which is also better than what would typically be in this price range. Also the fact that it's not refurbished. If you want to Intel and bought the processor from them alone it will cost you over $300. This is also the largest screen you can get on a laptop currently. I personally don't have a need for touchscreen or a backlit keyboard considering I don't need to look at the keys when I type. As far as gaming goes, I don't know if it's good for that because I don't play them. But for video editing and music production, it seems to perform with more power than I would ever need. It also has a Webcam cover you can slid back and forth to ensure privacy. Overall I'm very happy with the second purchase!
