Got one of these laptops for school with custom specs ordered directly from DELL.I felt terrible when working with it due to sharp edges where my hands rest on. The top surface is made of hard plastic and the angle of the front edge is even less than 90 degrees. I used some scotch tape to fix the stupid non-ergonomic design. I need to live with this and later with other dell laptops due to the policy of the university for using only DELL vendor for laptops for ever(?).Personally, I hate DELL. Not recommended for free people.

Bought new and started facing monitor problems after some time. Dell technician opened notebook for first time and informed me a repair was attempted before. Amazon was of no help in resolving the issue of being scammed out of a product that I did not receive as advertised.
