The one shortcoming of this laptop is that the touchscreen driver is poorly designed. With other brands' touch screens (LG for example), if you happen to touch the screen with a bit more than just the very tip of your finger, its no problem. But this Dell will actually just not register the touch, and will produce a silent error--making the entire screen unresponsive for a fraction of a second. This can also happen if you touch with two fingers that aren't sufficiently separated in space. What's more, if you touch this way repeatedly, the errors build up and it can take a second or more for the screen to recover and become sensitive again. After hours of tech support, including taking it in for service, Dell has declared that *that* is the condition in which they intended to sell the computer, and so there's nothing to be done to fix it. So I've wasted money purchasing a brand/model with a trash touchscreen.

Great computer, my wife loved it. Super fast, looks good, and delivers top-notch performance.
