The laptop arrived and was very well packaged. The outside lid had significant scuffs and scratches, but after all is a refurbished laptop. The screen is in perfect condition.It arrived with a fresh version of Windows 11. All went well until I tried to update to the newest version of Windows, 24H2. Very frustrating as I kept getting an error message, and the laptop would not update.I scanned the QR code that was included with the laptop if you need help and filled out a service request. Within 5 minutes I received a call back. I couldn't respond then but called back about an hour later. Olive is in the east coast, and I am in the west, so it was almost 6:00 P.M. EST.Stephan answered and said he would stay late to help me out. (I certainly didn't expect that) After about an hour of trying to get the laptop to update, he downloaded a new ISO image for the 24H2 version on my laptop. I'm now good to go!There is no way Dell would have provided the kind of service that Olive provided. I definitely recommend this company and will be making future purchases!
