This item was defective and I had to purchase a Dell Premiere Warranty to get support, they came out and replaced the motherboard which was not the issues, it was the ethernet card, which was a seperate component attached to the motherboard which they did not send, so I decided to send this back to the seller, they are claiming a restocking fee of $349 because they say there were scratches on wear and tear which is a lie, there were no scratches on the laptop when I sent it back, it was in the same condition as when I bought it pristine, they sent me a defective product and now want to screw me over by charging me a restocking fee for a defective product they sold me
