Nice machine and works very well. Really like the bundled accessories that came with it.No real issues with setup and restoring files from my 13-year old Dell laptop running Windows 10 using Windows Backup. Only problem was installing the included MS Office 2019 software. Took multiple tries to get it to load but only after multiple restarts and 5 or 6 tries did it finally work. Needed to make sure the trial version of MS 365 isn't already loaded, in addition I had to take the Windows 11 OS out of 'S' mode (search youtbe). Seems MS does not want you to do that and gives you warnings that once done you can't go back. No worries for me and now other non-MS apps like google Chrome can be downloaded.Bottom line for me was having this official MS software with the lifetime license as part of the bundle was one of the main reasons I purchased this laptop from this vendor. Almost all software has annual subscriptions nowadays and that adds up over the months or years and that seems ridiculous.So far so good. Like Dell products and this 32GB 1-TB SSD laptop is fast. Haven't had it for very long but I'll come back and update my review if something changes.

This is a review of Maximus Computers (S/N Recorded):The laptop is fantastic and the vendor support exceptional! During the Win 11 Pro install, I accidentally chose the wrong option for my desired configuration but figured I could correct it via a Win reset; however, the reset wouldn't work no matter what I tried. I contacted Maximus numerous times including the submission of screen shots and they supplied several potential remedies but to no avail. A reset was needed in the current instance to correct my mistake but there are numerous potential future situations, where you might need it. Finally, after several communications with Maximus, they suggested that I return laptop for a check with free shipping! I did and now everything is working fine! Outstanding!As an aside, I recently read that Microsoft broke the Win 10/11 reset process in an August system update and have now issued a fix. I have an older Acer which had limited storage and was meant to be replaced with the new purchase. I decided to reset Win 11 on it but it wouldn’t work there either. I finally tried rolling back a recent Win Quality Update, and then the reset worked. Irrespective, this vendor is great and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase additional PC’s from Maximus or recommend Maximus to everybody!!
