11/21/25 UpdateChanged from 4 stars to 1. It’s only been about 6 months that I’ve had this laptop, and the restarting problem got so much worse. Now the screen starts flickering for a few minutes before it shuts itself off, and it’s happening a lot more frequently. I use this as my work computer, so for it to constantly run into problems and restart when I’m in the middle of something is unacceptable.Original ReviewThe computer is fast and, for the most part, works well. I took off a star because it repeatedly restarts itself out of nowhere. I’ll be in the middle of something, and the screen will just go blue saying it ran into a problem and needs to restart. Some days nothing, but most days this happens multiple times. Not sure if this is a Dell problem, or if I just got a faulty laptop, but it can be very frustrating!

We love DELL and this PC is not disapointing in any space...
