Very happy with my new laptop. I replaced a Lenovo as the hinges on that failed three times, cracking the screen on two occasions. I purchased this Dell specifically as reviews stated that the hinge design was the most reliable. I don't want to go through another hinge failure ever again! I think this laptop is good value for money, I purchased the 3 year protection, it's worth it. Screen is great and this laptop is actually a bit lighter than my Lenovo was.
