Dell Precision 3520 15.6" FHD IPS Laptop ComputerI was looking for an inexpensive laptop to use for several applications. It didn't have to be new but I wanted it to be faster than my current laptop. This laptop had exactly what I was looking for. I received the laptop quickly and well packaged. Once it was up and running I was very pleased with my purchase...except that only one out of three usb ports worked. : / I contacted the company and they ended up giving me a partial refund. I didn't get the run around or excuses. They excepted responsibility and offered solutions that were acceptable. I thank them very much because I really didn't want to return the laptop. I have had it for over three months and have not had any other problems with it. Works great and does what I needed it to do.

Nice computer. Clean and user friendly. Battery isn't holding a charge very long. And I can't get 2 frequent websites to load. But otherwise, works well.
