I knew that I was purchasing a refurbished laptop but I didn't think that it would arrive looking like it had been used for years! The top was scratched up, there was dirt around the keys, and the bottom was beat up. I boxed it back up so fast to return it that I didn't even think to take pictures!!!

The product arrived in good condition, with good packaging. It has some scratches on the corners, but that’s normal for a refurbished item. The laptop is quite fast, comfortable, small (portable), and the battery is in good shape. After installing Windows 11 updates and Dell software, everything works perfectly. In the BIOS, you can enable/disable Intel Boost, which reaches +4.0GHz, but it sets your fans to the maximum. For my current use (web browsing/videos/light programs), it's enough to set it to power-saving mode, and it's still quite fast.
