This laptop was delivered in excellent condition, and in a timely fashion. Although I have not had the opportunity to use it very much, I did downgrade it from Wildows 11 to Windows 10 and will ultimately use it as a Linux machine once MS ends Win10 support. I like the design and engineering - fine screen, responsive trackpad and fairly small power block. This Dell laptop has 16GB of RAM which, along with the price, sealed the deal for me. From what I understand, the CPU in this laptop is not among the fastest in this particular Dell product line. However, in my experience if there is a bottleneck limiting performance in this class of laptop, generally it is the amount of RAM. I work with relatively large vector graphics files and I have no plans to incorporate AI into my workflow. With 16 GB of RAM, I expect this laptop to meet my needs for numerous of years.This is the third refurb that I've gotten through Amazon in the past few years and, in each case, the results have been outstanding -- great price, timely delivery and no problems!
