Surprisingly the laptop does not come with a power adapter. I would at least hope the product description called this out that you need to purchase the adapter separately. Very inconvenient.

Crashed in less than 2 months! Have now spent 2 days on the phone with Dell tech support and they could only reset the operating system back to the original purchase date. They would only do this if I upgraded my warranty plan for $118. So I lost 2 months of data. Now I find out I no longer have Microsoft Office which was included in the original purchase. So they are telling me I will have to purchase Office AGAIN! Have lost all respect for Dell.
