Inspiron 15.6" FHD Touchscreen Business Laptop, 13th Gen Intel Core i5 (Turbo up to 4.6GHz), 16GB RAM, 1TB Storage (512GB PCIe SSD + 512GB External), Win 11 Pro with MS Office

Using this "laptop" for over 4 months. Things you need to know:1) The "laptop" is overly flexible. Meaning it BENDS if handled by a corner or edge, as if you were lifing it to pass it to a colleage sitting next to you. If unit is running, it is likely to "lock-up" requiring a shut-down and re-start.2) After three months I was getting VERY slow to NO booting, usually with a message during POST - "Memory Error". The unit came with a 2TB M.2 installed with Win11. I installed a SATA SSD in the available internal slot, cloned the M.2 to the SATA SSD, removed the M.2 and memory error disapeared. The "flexing" of the unit (as a whole, as well as the main board) likely affected the M.2 connection. I still get a "lock-up" condition if I try to handle the unit when running without complete supporting the bottom of the unit from all sides. I suspect it is due to the flexing if the main board and the system RAM connectors.NOTE; This model unit DOES NOT come with internal speakers (fine by me - Bluetooth works fine). It also has an internal battery (looks replaceable via screwdriver).Obviously the modern trend is to keep devices "thin". In this case, SO THIN that it affects computer operations adversely. I would NOT advise resting this device on your lap or any position other than a FLAT work area while using it.It is an adequate PORTABLE computer for the DESKTOP.

It was sold as a terabyte hard drive but was actually a 512 gigabyte and an external hard drive.
