I purchased this laptop as a Christmas gift for my kid. The old one was not compatible with Windows 11.I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this one is! The set-up was easy and it has Windows 11 installed.For a refurbished laptop, this was a great buy! It came packaged well and there was information about the inspection. It looked new and performs well!I'll update my review if anything changes. It's been 10 months so far.
