For 200$ it is definitely a great deal. But the touchscreen randomly stopped working and I have not been able to fix it. That’s fine because I don’t rely on the TS much. However, you can hold the power button and no matter if the computer is fully charged or not it may not turn on. It sometimes takes a few attempts.

I ordered an “excellent” condition laptop from this seller. Looked great, works well. After a week, the charging cable stopped working. The seller reimbursed me for a new one; great! Tonight while doing homework, my finger caught something by the mousepad and I then realized the whole area under the keyboard and around the mousepad was covered by a giant textured black sticker. I peeled it back, and I found cosmetic damage— only the excellent condition I purchased is not supposed to have any cosmetic damage from 12” away, imagine my shock. I am disgusted with the sellers dishonest business practices. Product itself works great, now that I have a working charger. I’m just feeling really uneasy about the dishonesty. Find another seller, Amazon renewed products would be a safer bet.
