Update: Unfortunately this computer up and died after a few months of use. One day it simply wouldn't power up and was completely unresponsive. I had a local repair shop look at it, and he was baffled on what the problem was. The power box was fine, but the computer was dead. My money is gone and I would not buy a refurbished computer from Amazon again based on this experience. So I recommend that you look elsewhere.Old Review: I have to admit that I was hesitant about buying a refurbished computer from Amazon, but I am very happy with this purchase. The computer, listed in excellent condition, met my expectations. I couldn't tell any difference between this computer and a brand new one. It came with Windows 11, a solid state hard drive and a battery that can be fully charged.

This product came in wrapped securely. No dents, scratches or blemishes period. Looked and felt brand new. I’ve been looking for a laptop like this one. It’s got speed, space, and is lightweight. The battery holds a good while. Great functionality, everything works so far. It was a super easy setup. Probably less than 10 minutes especially if you already have a Microsoft account. I actually love this laptop (my favorite) ❤️
