The media could not be loaded. The PC is good, but it doesn’t come with the 2021 Microsoft Office lifetime license as mentioned in the description. The left hinge has some visual defects. I will keep updated if seller reaches out to me or for any future changes.Seller name is General Hardware Store. Overall experience was not top notch but it truly shows care from the seller. Bumping the star to 5 from 4.Laptop itself is running great. Battery lasts about 4 hrs roughly, surfing web with audio. Fast boot, performance and no lag. 4k Videos have lag sometimes for a few seconds and that comes with the cost of low video graphics but for the price, this laptop is a 10/10.

So far it works well, was able to dump old Dell files to new Dell without major problem. Seems fast enough, but certainly not top of the line. Software is 4-5 years old, might be better with Microsoft subscription.
