5.0 out of 5 stars This Laptop is a Beast!
By Clara & Moses
The media could not be loaded. So, I’ve been messing around with this gaming Laptop, and it is honestly a solid grab. The 15.6-inch and 1080p screen is super crisp and high quality for the price, perfect for kicking back with some streaming or scrolling through your feeds. Colors pop just enough to keep things looking good, whether you’re studying, gaming or just chilling. This thing’s got a very good and efficient CPU chip with 16GB of RAM, the 512GB SSD is a great addition, loading everything in a snap, with enough space for your go-to titles and files. So it’s smooth for everyday stuff like juggling video calls, banging out essays in Word, or keeping a ton of browser tabs open without sweating. It's perfect for daily tasks and also can run some great games in a very decent way. I'm very impressed by it. The fact that you also have Windows 11 pre installed is also a pro and I love it.The keyboard’s comfy enough for typing up notes or emails, and the trackpad gets the job done for navigating around. The biometric sensor works like a charm. Also it’s light enough to toss in a backpack for school or a coffee shop. The battery’s life is very good, lasting a lot more than I expected. So you can grind through most of your day without hunting for a charger. Plus, it uses USB-C charging, which is super convenient since most electronics use this now.I also love how this laptop looks beautiful and has a modern design. It’s sturdy, looks sleek, and handles all the basics like a pro. If you’re a student or just need a reliable machine for work and play without breaking the bank, this laptop is a no-brainer. I'm very happy with my decision and my young gamer son too. Haha

5.0 out of 5 stars Great budget laptop for everyday use and light gaming
By Keeprjy
The media could not be loaded. Great budget laptop for everyday use and light gaming. The 15.6-inch gaming laptop powered by an intel N4000 processor, 12GB of RAM, and 256GB of SSD is a surprisingly capable example of how far budget laptops have come for its price range. While it is marked as a gaming laptop, it is more accurate to describe it as a budget-friendly all-purpose notebook suitable for students, home use and business tasks.Starting with the display, the 1920x1080 full HD display is clear and bright, making videos, web browsing, and office work comfortable for extended periods. The 12GB of RAM and 256 of SSD provide smooth multitasking and quick startup times, which is impressive for a low-cost laptop. Opening multiple chrome tabs, running Microsoft Office, or streaming Netflix all feel responsive.Performance-wise, that said the Intel N4000 processor is an entry-level chip designed for light workloads. You can play casual or older games like Minecraft, League of Legends, or CS:GO at lower settings, but don't expect to run modern AAA titles smoothly. The laptop handles educational and productivity software well, but it is not built for intensive video editing or 3D rendering.Connectivity is solid, featuring WIFI 5, Bluetooth, multiple USB ports, and a mini HDMI output for connecting an external monitor. The Windows 11 Pro installation is a nice bonus, giving you enhanced security and professional features usually not found in cheap laptops.Battery life averages about 5-6 hours, depending on usage, which is decent for daily work or classes. The lightweight design and large screen make it convenient for students and professionals who need an affordable, portable laptop.Overall, this model offers great value for the money -- ideal for browsing, studying, business document, and light entertainment. If you're on a budget and need a dependable everyday laptop, this one delivers more than you would expect for the price.

5.0 out of 5 stars Rocky setup, but end result was worth it

The media could not be loaded. When I first booted this laptop up, it presented me with a "defaultuser0" account that I didn't know the password to. I completely wiped this laptop's SSD and reinstalled Windows to play it safe, and after that it worked like a charm with regular setup. I did have to find drivers online for the touchpad afterward though.Getting at the SSD to do all of this was thankfully pretty easy, since the bottom panel was removable with a few tiny screws. I noticed that there is only a single slot for RAM in there, but it isn't soldered on so I was able to upgrade it with a 16 gig stick at least. The N97 is no gaming powerhouse but it plays some older titles still, and the laptop works great for work like emails and browsing the internet.
