I received the computer and it works well but according to the ad, I am supposed to receive a "Mytrix Accessory" which looks like a headphone with microphone. Thus far I have not received it and am not sure how to go about getting it. I have tried calling Asus and it is not clear how I can get a hold of someone to resolve this matter.(I have called Asus and received no help. Amazon isn't helping either: all they did was offer to refund me the money when in fact, false advertising is a crime in the USA. This is particularly bad because ASUS is a major company and not merely a one-off or small 3rd-party seller.)

Bought for my wife to replace an older Asus hand-me-down that was beginning to seriously falter. This laptop is well-built, lightweight, and is outfitted with the latest wifi 7, bluetooth 5.4, OLED display, and Thunderbolt 4. Easy setup, and was able to update the bios without any issues whatsoever. Highly recommended!
