EXCELLENT system fast with great screen quality. amy issues was not with the hardwere buth rather with the operating system. MICROSOFT CONFIGURES WINDOWS 11 PRO WITH ALL the security features enabled. you can' use a thumb drivewithout disbling protection. ityou can't save word documments to any directorywithout changing the security. you almost have to be a well trained microsoft mse. to use to get the correct securit settings. THIS ISN'T A TURN KEY OS NOT FOR THE home user. I belive windoes 11 is configured out of the box with the assumption that you will be using the system attached to an employers network. it is configured to prevent you from taking work documents and sving to you thumb drive or hard drive. PERFECT if you are looking for a tightly secured system

It’s a beast! Had to upgrade as my self built desktop was old and Windows 10 support going away I decided to upgrade, but went laptop because I’ve been doing a bunch of traveling lately. The performance is stellar, and it’s relatively quiet, even with the stand and fans that are included. Looks great too, but I’d expect nothing less from a TUFF machine. Only downside is it does get pretty hot, especially in games. I bought another desk fan to pair with the stand/fans and it’s stays under 70°C now.
