Yes, the laptop has two memory slots, comes with two sticks of 32GB DDR5 RAM installed for a total of 64GB, and is expandable up to a maximum of 64GB. This means the slots are already fully populated with the advertised 64GB.
What specific ports are available for connecting external monitors?
You can connect external displays via the HDMI 2.1 port, which supports 4K at 120Hz, and the USB-C 4 port, which supports DisplayPort Alt Mode. This allows for dual external display support alongside the laptop's built-in screen.
Does this configuration include Windows 11 Pro or Home, and what is a key security feature?
This laptop comes with Windows 11 Pro installed. A key security feature included is facial recognition via the 1080p front-facing camera for Windows Hello login.
How does the MUX Switch and Advanced Optimus technology affect performance and battery life?
The MUX Switch can boost gaming performance by 5-10% by sending frames directly from the dedicated NVIDIA RTX 5070 GPU to the display. Advanced Optimus automatically switches between the dedicated and integrated graphics to conserve battery during non-gaming tasks, contributing to the up to 10-hour battery life.
What is the resolution and aspect ratio of the built-in display?
The built-in 16-inch IPS display has a Full HD+ resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and a 16:10 aspect ratio, which provides more vertical screen space compared to traditional 16:9 displays.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good So Far!
I heard mixed reviews on this. I took a chance and it's only been 2 weeks, but so far so good. The Alienware software takes about 10 to 20 seconds to load when first opening it. after that 5-10. The back end got flack for being too big. But Who is really carrying around a 16 inch gaming laptop. Keys feel great. RGB is good. Keys are clear and not blinding like most RGB backlits. Design is good imo. feels premium. Cam is decent. Touch pad is smooth. Display is nice, all text is clear and colors are good. I heard many people complaining about the brightness levels. But in a dark room I actually turn the brightness down. And in my home with normal outdoor light coming in, I have no issues with the brightness. 2 usb 2 usb c, this is the only downside. in my opinion. I wish there was one more. I do like there are no cables coming from the sides. All ports in back. Cleaner desk look. will update if I have any issues.

1.0 out of 5 stars Do not buy this laptop!!!
This laptop is a GIANT waste of money. It didn't last for 2 weeks before the system stopped charging itself and shut down. I had to return it without being able to remove my data. I am VERY disappointed with this product and purchase.
