Thought I was getting a more advanced, up-to-date PC. Thr box contained what looks like a printed Word document that tells the buyer that "You don't need to subscribe to Microsoft 365...simply decline the registration prompt to start using the Office applications directly." During setup (Windows version11 pro), the was NO PROMPT & ONLY OFFICE (NOT 365) apps are provided!Contemplating returning this PC!

After purchasing a very expensive dell 17" XPS computer to replace my aging ASUS, and hating the keyboard AND the battery failed, I decided to replace it with a newer ASUS. After working with it for two weeks I tried to set up Windows Hello and failed. This beautiful and advanced machine didn't include a finger print sensor or a 1080 p camera required to support facial recognition in Windows. You would think these features would be minimal on a windows PRO machine. So now I'll have to add external devices to support these functions or return the machine. What to do? By the way, I was not disappointed with the keyboard but hate the new Windows. Why can't Microsoft stop changing the human interface? Win 10 was just fine!
