The laptop works great but the free Office Pro did not work. It did not give an option to activate the included license and there was no key or license in the box. DO NOT EXPECT TO GET YOUR MICROSOFT OFFICE, I've literally tried everything... Even contacting them and uninstalling old version and reinstalling.

Asus ROG laptop I9 14th generation 64 ram 2t: the laptop was delivered when told and by Fedx. Perfect condition.Works great and was set up for someone else but it ran perfect. Keep in mind: there IS a camera on it with mike. This was not mentioned in the description.I did a bios update because Asus wanted to. Worked fine. I also installed 24h2 which was a kink. The bit locker had to be disabled (which is in the control panel) and when the laptop is restarted it will enable it again. Just you need the encryption key (48 numbers etc long). This can be put on the Microsoft account and copied to a flash drive. I could not go any further until I provided that key. It did uninstall the update and restarted and I was back on the desktop. And the updated after I had disabled the bit locker. Works great and smooth. Did not play a game that would use the nvidia card which is on standby until you need it. Asus out case is very sturdy and lots of vents to keep it cool and quiet. Expensive but seems very worth it. Just don't forget ... it does have a camera and microphone.
